•Long term devotion (lived in the district since 1967 – graduated valedictorian)

•Raised 2 children in Bethel Schools, now graduated and successful citizens

•Attended Bethel Schools  during year round middle & elementary school and doubling shifting high school

•Science and math graduate, BS in Chemistry  (Univ. of Puget Sound & Cal State Univ., Stanislaus) [math & science courses need an advocate!]

•Have substituted in Bethel schools (emergency sub.)

•Have taught for several local Community Colleges

•Have taught in an alternative education setting (WCCW, 3 years) including forming a non-profit to build a chapel in the prison – at no cost to taxpayers

•Have worked with global corporations in finance, retail and education, including the Microsoft Partners in Learning Program which operates in 122 countries (Microsoft, Russell, Amazon.com)

•Worked with Bethel PTA, Core Qualities, Facilities and Citizen’s Committee

•Have spent more than 20 years collaborating with community groups, projects, churches and business leaders to facilitate community cohesiveness (events), control crime, develop a sense of community and to promote transportation safety
